Our client is an American San Francisco-based company operating an online marketplace for short-term homestays and experiences.
The Company was born in 2007 when two Hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 4 million Hosts who have welcomed 1.4 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe.

Your responsabilities:

  • Offering assistance to users in German via calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues effectively.
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for addressing and resolving customer complaints and questions.
  • Proactively identifying needs and delivering inventive solutions, with a focus on providing extra care and empathy.
  • Investigating and escalating issues as required, giving priority to urgent and sensitive matters.
  • Crafting thoughtful and precise messages, employing predefined responses for customer inquiries.
  • Conducting thorough research and troubleshooting problems using available resources to ensure swift resolution.

Our expectations: 

  • You speak German native or C2 
  • Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
  • An ability to work in shifts

Main duties:

  • Possible start on 21.06 or 28.06!
  • Homeoffice - Fully remote work system from anywhere in Greece!
  • Working schedule time frames: Monday-Sunday: 09:00-24:00 (Greek time - 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) - rotating shifts
  • Competetive Salary and remuneration system: 
    • Monthly base salary: 1250€ gross (includes language bonus)
    • Additional performance bonus: Up to 120€ gross/month
    • Anniversary bonus: 500€
    • Biannual extra salaries (+2400€ gross annually)

    • Every 6 months: 300 US$ voucher from Airbnb
  • A permanent, full-time remote job in Greece, following Greek labor regulations.
  • Previous experience is not required, digital training is provided at the beginning of the work (paid by employer)
