Your responsabilities:

  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers with their questions and concerns by the phone or via email.
  • Solve any issues with orders, deliveries, payments, or returns.
  • Be the main contact for external sellers.
  • Share informations about digital products.
  • Forward and redirect any difficult issues to the appropiate teams.

Our expectations: 

  • You speak Dutch native or C2 
  • Basic English level 
  • You are looking for an energetic environment
  • You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

  • Possible start on 05.08
  • Remote work system throughout Portugal (except islands)
  • Working schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 23:00, full-time (5days/week, 8h/day +1h lunch break)
  • Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
    • Approx. 1250€ gross per month - for the full homeoffice option 
  • Full time employment, 12 months fixed-term renewable contract
