Your responsabilities:

  • Receive calls or chats from Dutch clients seeking information about their insurance policies.
  • Process requests through our client policy administration system.
  • Craft thoughtful responses via letters/emails to clients.
  • Manage indexation and electronic archiving in our document management tool.
  • Handle policy changes requests efficiently.
  • Update payment details for clients.
  • Process cancellation requests with care.
  • Assist clients in making claim requests.
  • This role isn't about sales; your main focus will be adjusting clients' insurance policies.

Our expectations: 

  • You speak Dutch native or C2 
  • Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon
  • You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

  • Working schedule: Monday - Friday 08:30 – 17:00, full time, 40h/week
  • Competetive Salary and bonuses:  
    • 1100€ gross x14 months
    • up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus
    • up to 100€ gross mothly project bonus
    • up to 20€ gross per month - Transport Allowance
    • €7.23 NET/day meal allowance
  • Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
  • Private Health insurance with a dental plan (free after 6 months of the contract)
  • Work in our modern office in Parque das Nações
  • Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
