Through this application, users can seamlessly manage their homes and everyday appliances via voice commands on their smartphones.

Additionally, the application empowers users to control various home systems and devices, including TV, radio, and lighting, all through a simple interface.

Your responsabilities:

  • Providing support to application users via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Guidance and support for installing applications and compatible devices such as cameras, speakers, and home thermostats.
  • Offering pre-sales assistance to users, helping them make informed choices about suitable solutions.
  • Proficiently handling customer escalations and effectively escalating issues and customers to higher-level technical departments when necessary.

Our expectations: 

  • You speak German native or C2 
  • Intermediate English level (min B2)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon
  • You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

  • Possible start on  06/11
  • Working schedule: Monday to Sunday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m (40h per week) with 2 rotating days off
  • Competetive Salary and bonuses:  
    • 1100€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year 
    • up to 120€ gross monthly performance bonus 
    • up to 135€ gross project bonus 
    • €7.23 NET/day meal allowance
  •  
  • Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
  • Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
  • Work in our modern office in Lisbon, Parque das Nações
  • Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
  • Recruitment process is 100% online

Relocation package:

  • Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
