Your responsabilities:

  • Processing pick-up orders;
  • Providing shipping information and quotations;
  • Tracing packages and requesting proof of delivery;
  • Assisting customers by ordering supplies, issuing messages, and handling complaints;
  • Utilizing UPS systems and functions effectively;
  • Completing relevant paperwork and forms accurately and legibly;
  • Adhering to UPS processes and procedures.

Our expectations: 

  • You speak Dutch native or C2 
  • Intermediate English level 
  • You are looking for an energetic environment
  • You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

  • Start on  08/07 or 05/08
  • Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months;
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, full-time (5days/week, 8h/day +1h lunch break)
  • Work in our modern office in Lisbon
