This job is support for global leader in premium bicycle manufacturing, specializing in cutting-edge designs and high-performance bikes across road, mountain, gravel, and urban categories.

Your responsabilities:

• Handling incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails from German-speaking customers.
• Identifying and addressing customer needs to ensure their satisfaction when purchasing or using products.
• Providing accurate and detailed information about our range of bicycles and accessories.
• Documenting customer interactions and managing customer accounts.
• Building long-term relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.

Our expectations:

• You speak German native or C2
• Intermediate English level (at least B2)
• You already live in Greece and want to work from home
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Enjoy selling and dealing with people, previous sales knowledge is not required

Main duties:

• Possible start dates: 16.05
• Fully remote work system from all over the Greece
• Working schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00-20:00 (Greek time - 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week)
• Weekends are always off!

• Competitive salary and bonuses:

  • Basic salary: €1200 gross/month
  • Project bonus: €50 gross/month
  • Performance bonus up to €180 gross/month
