Your responsabilities:

    • Assist Dutch-speaking customers with their questions and concerns by the phone or via email.
    • Solve any issues with orders, deliveries, payments, or returns.
    • Be the main contact for external sellers.
    • Share informations about digital products.
    • Forward and redirect any difficult issues to the appropiate teams.

Our expectations: 

  • You speak Dutch native
  • Intermediate English level (B1-B2) 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

  • Possible start on 15.10, 22.10 or 29.10
  • Working schedule: Monday-Sunday 06:0-23:00 - 5 days/week, 40h/week - full-time)
  • Fully REMOTE work system throughout Greece (also islands)
  • Online recruitment & hiring process
  • Competetive Salary and remuneration system: 
    • Base Salary: €1300 gross per month
    • Performance Bonus: Up to €195 gross per month
    • 2 extra salaries per year (paid proportionally based on time worked)
  • Private Health insurance (in addition to standard insurance)
  • Previous experience is not required, training is is provided at the beggining of work
  • Full time employment, 12 months fixed-term renewable contract
  • We provide all necesary work equipment - computer, screen, headphones etc.
