Your responsabilities:

• Handling customer inquiries in German through various communication channels (phone, chat, and email).
• Cultivating ongoing customer relationships and addressing their questions and concerns, such as verifying a Mercedes Me account, connecting a vehicle to a Mercedes Me account, and activating services.
• Demonstrating proficiency in product features and providing detailed product information, including setting up the Mercedes Me app and configuring services for users.
• Providing Roadside Assistance: Dispatching technicians for on-site support and offering towing assistance when needed.

Our expectations: 

• You speak German native or C2 
• Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2)
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
• An ability to work in shifts

Main duties:

• Start date: 04.11 or 02.12
• Working schedule: Monday-Sunday 00:00-23:59 - 5 days/week, 40h/week - full-time)

• Competetive Salary and remuneration system: 
  • 1300€ gross per month + 2 extra salaries per year
  • up to 130€ monthly performance bonus
• Full time employment, 12 months fixed-term renewable contract
