Our cleint is Germany's top free loyalty program and marketing platform. Shoppers earn points for in-store and online purchases, plus extra points from paper coupons or eCoupons. Points can be redeemed for rewards, shopping vouchers, converted to LH Miles&More, or donated to charity. The program is also available via an app.

Your responsabilities:

• Efficiently handle calls in German and manage administrative duties.
• Understandand meet customer needs effectively.
• Build trust with clear and engaging communication.
• Provide accurate information using the appropriate tools.
• Maintain detailed records, manage accounts, and organize paperwork meticulously.
• Adhere to communication protocols and company policies.

Our expectations: 

• You speak German native or C2 
• Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2)
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
• An ability to work in shifts

Main duties:

• Homeoffice - Fully remote work system from anywhere in Greece!
• Working schedule time frames: Monday-Saturday: 10:00-21:00 (Greek time - 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week - rotating shifts); days off: Sunday+1 rotational day off!
• Competetive Salary and remuneration system: 
  • Monthly base salary: 1200€ gross (includes language bonus)
  • Additional performance bonus: Up to 120€ gross/month
  • Anniversary bonus: 500€

• A permanent, full-time remote job in Greece, following Greek labor regulations.
