Client:

Our client is a global leader in payment services, providing innovative and secure solutions for electronic transactions.

With a presence in over 50 countries, the Company specializes in payment processing, merchant services, and digital solutions, enabling seamless and efficient payment experiences for businesses and consumers worldwide.

Your responsabilities:

• Handle transactions and payment inquiries, including refunds, manual charges, and locating payments.
• Onboard new B2B customers efficiently and professionally.
• Update and maintain merchant information in the company database.

Our expectations:

• You speak German in proficiency
• Intermediate English level (at least B2)
• You already live in Athens or willing to relocate there
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

General Details:

• Working Schedule : Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 19:00 (8h/day, 40h/week)
• Weekends are always free!

• Competetive Salary and remuneration system:

  • Monthly base salary: €1300 gross
  • Performance bonus: Up to 10% of the gross salary
  • Anniversary bonus: €500
  • Biannual additional salaries: €2600 gross annually (2 extra salaries per year)
