Your responsabilities:

• Handle incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails from German-speaking clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Build trust through clear and professional communication.
• Provide accurate information using appropriate tools.
• Maintain records of interactions and update customer accounts.
• Meet performance targets and follow company guidelines.

Our expectations:

• You speak German in proficiency
• Intermediate English level (at least B2)
• You already live in Athens or willing to relocate there
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

General Details:

• Working schedule: Monday - Friday: 08:00-21:00 (8h/day, 5 days/ week)
• Weekends are always off!

• Competetive Salary and remuneration system:

  • Monthly base salary: 1200€ gross
  • Additional performance bonus: Up to 120€ gross/month
  • Anniversary bonus: 500€
