Your responsabilities:

• Review e-commerce content, like product listings, to make sure it follows platform rules, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Check product descriptions, images, and prices to keep moderation accurate.
• Keep up with guideline updates and use them in your daily work.
• Send difficult or unclear cases to the right team

Our expectations:

• Your German skills, both written and spoken, are strong – minimum level C2
• English at minimum B2 level
• You are a local candidate or ready to relocate to Lisbon
• You’re looking for an exciting role in digital video and advertising, supporting a leading global short-video platform.
• Great at solving problems and handling more complex customer issues.

Main duties:

• Start date: 28.05
• Full-time employment contract (according to Portuguese law)
• Private health insurance from day 1
• Working schedule: Monday-Sunday 24/7 (full time: 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) 2 rotating Days off

Competetive salary and remuneration system:

• Base salary: 1100€ gross / month- base salary
• Fixed project bonus - 100€gross / month
• 2 extra salaries per year
• Meal allowance: €7.23 net/day (approx. €145/month) via meal card
• Transport allowance: €20/month

Relocation Benefits:

• Accommodation: Shared apartment for up to 12 months if moving from outside Portugal
• Inside Portugal: Support only available if currently living in competitor accommodation
