You’ll be providing support for a global tech leader behind one of the world’s top AI-powered short video platforms and content services.

If you use video platforms, feel comfortable with digital tools, and maybe have some experience in customer support — this could be the perfect role for you!

Your responsabilities:

• Answer customer questions via email and chat about their tech product orders
• Give clear info about gadgets — how they work, what they do, and what they’re compatible with
• Follow step-by-step guides to solve issues like device errors, connection problems, or setup help — or pass them on if needed
• Help with questions about delivery, order updates, returns, or exchanges
• Stay on track with response time and quality goals
• Join regular training and feedback sessions to keep improving

Our expectations:

• Your German skills, both written and spoken, are strong – minimum level C2
• English at minimum B2 level
• You are a local candidate or ready to relocate to Porto
• You’re looking for an exciting role in digital video and advertising, supporting a leading global short-video platform.
• Great at solving problems and handling more complex customer issues.

Main duties:

• Full-time employment contract (according to Portuguese law)

• Working schedule:

• • Current shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (5 days/week with 2 rotating days off).
  • An evening shift (13:00–22:00) may be added later.

Competetive salary and remuneration system:

• Base salary: 1100€ gross / month- base salary
• 2 extra salaries per year
• Meal allowance: €7.23 net/day (approx. €145/month) via meal card
• Transport allowance: €20/month
