This job is support for the world's leading cruise lines offers guests unforgettable trips to popular destinations and extraordinary experiences on board.
In your role as a customer service representative, you will support travelers with questions about bookings, itineraries and services to ensure they experience a pleasant and stress-free trip.

Your responsabilities:

• Assist German- Speaking clients with cruise bookings and manage reservations (inbound calls only).
• Answer inquiries regarding destinations, ships, and pricing.
• Follow up on and handle booking changes.
• Sell and recommend cruise packages.
• Offer upgrades and additional products to enhance the cruise experience.

Our expectations:

• Proficiency in German 
• English at minimum B2 level
• Excellent communication skills
• You already live in Portugal (mainland)
• Team-oriented mindset and self-motivation
• Previous experience in sales

Main duties:

• Possible start on 08.05
• Remote work from anywhere in Portugal (except Lisbon & Porto)
• We provide work equipment & send it to your home
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00, Saturday-Sunday 8:00 - 17:00 (8h/day, 5 days/week, 40h/week – 2 rotating days off)
• Competetive Salary and bonuses:
  • €1100 gross x 14 months
  • €7.23 net/day – meal voucher – issued as a prepaid card
• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
