This job is support for the #1 Parking App in the world.

We are looking for Dutch Speaking Customer Care Agents that support customers by optimizing our social media, email and phone communication platforms!

Your responsibilities:

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, WhatsApp, chat, email, and social media
• Regularly update internal systems
• Collaborate with other departments to support customers

Main duties:

• Start date: 17.03
• Fixed-term, renewable employment contract (12 months)
• Work in our modern office in the center of Lisbon!

• Working schedule: Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 20:00 (Full time: 8h/day, 5days/week, 40h/week) Days off: Sunday + Rotational day
