Your responsabilities:

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with their questions and concerns by the phone or via email.
• Solve any issues with orders, deliveries, payments, or returns.
• Be the main contact for external sellers.
• Share informations about digital products.
• Forward and redirect any difficult issues to the appropiate teams.

• You speak Dutch in proficiency
• Basic English level

Main duties:

• Starting date: 24.03
• Remote work system throughout Portugal (except islands)
• Working schedule: Full time employment: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 23:00, full-time (5days/week, 8h/day +1h lunch break)

Approx. 1250€ gross per month - for the full time homeoffice option
