This role is support for a top European low-cost airline connecting destinations across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. Known for affordable fares, flexible travel options, and reliable service, the airline serves both leisure and business passengers.

Your responsibilities:

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Manage bookings: create, change, or cancel reservations
• Handle complaints and sensitive cases
• Process tickets and back-office tasks
• Give clear information and helpful solutions

Our expectations:

• You speak Spanish in proficiency (min C1)
• You speak Fluent English (at least B2)
• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

• Starting date: 09/07
• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract

  • Basic salary: 920€ gross per month
  • 2 extra salaries per year
  • Fixed project bonus: 25€ gross/ paid 11 months
  • meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
