This job is support for a household company, transforming the daily lives of billions of consumers worldwide.
Their products and services assist consumers in more than 150 countries and cover all areas of daily life, including multi-function cooking food processors, cordless vacuum cleaners, automatic smart coffee machines, cookware, hair removal systems, and the latest ironing systems.

Your responsabilities:

• Provide technical support in French for domestic appliance brands via phone and email.
• Diagnose issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Improve customer satisfaction with proactive support, including using YouTube tutorials.
• Help with product information, order follow-ups, repairs, and complaints.
• Use three software programs for support.
• Cross-sell products when possible.

Our expectations: 

• You speak French native or C2 
• Intermediate English level (min B2)
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon
• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

• Possible start on 06.02
• Working schedule time frames: Monday-Saturday: 07:00-18:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) - Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day
• Competetive Salary and bonuses:  
  • €855€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year 
  • up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus
  • up to 75€ gross monthly project bonus
  • €7.23 NET/day meal allowance

• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
