This job is support for the world leader in lighting.

They provide a line of color changing LED lamps and white bulbs which can be controlled wirelessly
and their connected lighting offerings bring light and the data they collect to devices, places and people – redefining what light can do and how people use it. Their innovations contribute to a safer, smarter, more sustainable world.

Your responsabilities:

• Handling all customer inquiries in French via phone and email, including troubleshooting, returns, and investigating potential fraud cases.
• Providing customers with product information and assisting with device pairing and app management.
• Helping customers make informed decisions before purchasing, especially when selecting new devices and expansion options.
• Addressing delivery-related concerns, such as: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”

Our expectations: 

• You speak French native or C2 
• Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2)
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

• Possible start on 20/03/2025
• Working schedule: Monday – Friday 07:00-19:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) with weekends off!
• Weekends are always off!
• Competetive Salary and remuneration system: 
  • 900€ gross x 14 months -base salary
  • up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month,
  • 20€ -Transport allowance
  • meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
• Fixed term, renewable full time 6-months employment contract (according to the Portuguese law)
