This role supports a global leader in property and casualty insurance and the leading commercial lines insurer in the United States.
The role includes answering customer questions by phone and email, explaining insurance products, helping with policy cancellations, and supporting brokers.

Your responsabilities:

• Assist German-Speaking clients via calls or chats with insurance inquiries.
• Process policy changes, payment updates, and cancellations.
• Respond to clients through letters/emails.
• Handle claims and manage document archiving.
• This role isn't about sales; your main focus will be adjusting clients' insurance policies.

Our expectations: 

• You speak German native or C2 
• Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2)
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon
• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

• Start date: 07.05
• Working schedule: Monday - Friday 07:30 – 20:00, full time, 40h/week
• Competetive Salary and bonuses:  
  • 1100€ gross x14 months
  • up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus
  • up to 100€ gross mothly project bonus
  • €7.23 NET/day meal allowance

• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract

• Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required

Relocation Benefits:
