Your responsabilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to customers who speak Norwegian, assisting them with a wide range of requests related to their orders and inquiries.
  • Utilize clear and concise communication over the phone to ensure effective resolution of issues and provision of information about products.
  • Engage customers in friendly and professional conversations to facilitate sales and meet their needs.
  • Offer assistance in resolving various delivery-related concerns, including tracking shipments, addressing delivery discrepancies, and checking stock availability.

Our expectations: 

  • You speak Norwegian native 
  • Intermediate English level (at least B2)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
  • An ability to work in shifts

Main duties:

  • Possible start on 12.06
  • Working schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00 -20:00), 8h/day, 40h/ 5 days per week, Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day
  • Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
    • 1500€ gross x 12months +2 extra salaries per year
    • up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus,
    • meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/working day (voucher)
    • transport allowance: 20€ / month
  • Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
  • Remote from districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro 
  • Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
  • 100 % paid training is provided at the beginning of the work
