This job is to support a leading provider of payment solutions and business technology.

Their innovative platform helps businesses of all sizes process payments, manage inventory, schedule appointments, and handle online orders seamlessly. By streamlining daily operations, they enable businesses to work more efficiently and enhance customer experiences.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist business clients in Spanish & English with inquiries, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.
• Provide excellent support through phone, email, and chat, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Verify account details and ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards.
• Quickly identify and resolve customer issues to improve their experience.

Our expectations:

• You speak Spanish or Catalan in proficiency (at least C2)
• You speak Fluent English (at least C1)

Main duties:

• Starting date: 10/09
• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract

• Rotating work schedule: 24/7 (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week) - 2 rotating days off

Competitive salary and remuneration system(incl. Meal allowance)

• Basic salary: 870€ gross per month
• 2 extra salaries per year
• Fixed project bonus: 50€ gross/month
• meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
• Night shift allowance (if applicable)
• Transport allowance - 20 €/month
