Your responsabilities:

• Assisting customers by addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries.
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Providing accurate product information and resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Keeping customers informed about the status of their orders and addressing any delivery-related questions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns promptly.

Our expectations: 

• You speak Dutch native or C2 
• Intermediate English level (at least B2)
• You are looking for an energetic environment
• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
• If you are a fashion fan, it's a big plus!

Main duties:

• Possible start on 19/08

• Competitive salary and remuneration system:
  • Approx. 1250€ gross per month - without company accommodation (also for the home office)Full time employment, 12 months fixed-term renewable contract
