Our client is the creator of the most popular internet search engine in the world. They create solutions for business and private clients. One of them is an application for voice and remote home service.

Support for this solution is a step into the future to make every home smarter and easier to use.
It supports voice control applications – the home assistant helps you manage your home and everyday applications via your smartphone. Through application, it will also be possible to control various systems and devices at home, such as TV, radio, lighting.

Your responsabilities:

• Support for Dutch- Speaking application users by phone, email and chat
• Assistance in installing applications and cooperating devices: cameras, speakers, home thermostats, etc.
• Pre-sales assistance for users – advice on choosing the right solutions
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tech-departments

Our expectations:

• You speak Dutch in proficiency
• Intermediate English level (min B2)
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon
• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

• Possible start on 08.01 or 29.01
• Monday to Sunday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m (40h per week) with 2 rotating days off
• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract

• Competetive Salary and bonuses:

  • €1100€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year
  • up to 120€ gross monthly performance bonus
  • up to 135€ gross monthly project bonus
