Client:

Viaplay Group is a Nordic entertainment company specializing in streaming services that offer movies, series, and live sports. Its primary platform, Viaplay, is available in multiple markets with a focus on the Nordic and European regions. Alongside a wide selection of on-demand content, Viaplay showcases original productions and collaborates with leading international studios to bring diverse entertainment options to its viewers.

Your responsabilities:

  • User Assistance: Support Danish users with account sign-up and login.
  • Streaming Support: Troubleshoot issues related to streaming quality and playback.
  • App Installation: Guide users through app installation and device settings.
  • Subscription Support: Assist users with managing subscriptions and resolving billing issues.
  • Subscription Management: Help users pause or cancel their subscriptions when needed.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback to suggest enhancements for the platform.

Our expectations: 

  • You speak Danish native or C2 
  • Intermediate English level (B1) 
  • You are looking for an energetic environment
  • You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

  • Start date: 25.11
  • Fixed-term, renewable employment contract (12 months)
  • Work in our modern office in the center of Lisbon!
  • Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
    • Base salary without Company accommodation: 1606€/month
    • Base salary with accommodation: 1346€/month
