This job supports a top company in the entertainment industry that creates exciting content for film, TV, and digital platforms. With a mix of different styles and genres, the content connects with all kinds of audiences.

Your responsabilities:

• Assist Italian Speaking Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
• Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
• Provide accurate and real-time responses to the customers inquiries.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Our expectations: 

• You speak Italian native or C2 
• Intermediate English level (at least B2)
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
• An ability to work in shifts

Main duties:

• Possible start on 03.07
• Working schedule: Monday to Sunday (07:00 -21:00), 8h/day, 40h/ 5 days per week,2 rotational days off
• Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
  • 1000€ gross - base salary
  • 2 extra salaries per year 
  • up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus,
  • meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/working day (voucher)

• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
